concept- The first attempt away from Tokyo. Renovated an abandoned small Ryokan to a guest house. This was a big experiment for us in terms of the following two points.

1. We didn't know how much people will visit this location (Even we are not aware of this city before we did this project)

2. Most of the renovation was done by DIY
